Full-Body Healing:
Step 1: Notice any and all pains in your body
Step 2: Set the intention to Feel all of the pains as deeply as possible and with unimaginable amounts of Love
Step 3: Let go completely
Step 4: Notice where you haven't let go completely
Step 5: Let go in the spots you still haven't
Step 6: Notice the resistance to letting go in those specific spots
Step 7: As deeply as you can, Feel the resistance to letting go in those spots
Step 8: Also Notice the resistance to feeling the resistance, then deeply Feel the resistance to feeling the resistance
Step 9: Do this with every part of your body until you feel as though are melting into your chair or bed.
Step 10: With a super-relaxed Focus, bring a loving awareness to all parts of your body, all at once, noticing any and all pains / tensions / worries etc..
Step 11: When you finally get up, do so slowly, and try to maintain the relaxed, melted-body feeling for the rest of your day (and Notice what situations/triggers cause you to "react" and take you out of your naturally relaxed state)
Repeat often.
