Sometimes people hold onto negative emotion and with time it becomes a problem. Holding onto negative vibes and emotion is bad for your soul and spirit and if you’re constantly doing that it can eat your emotional and spiritual body. Negativity is toxic and sometimes it is easily transferred from one person to another. This is why it’s important to recognize you’re keeping negative emotion and solve the problem immediately.
1. YOU HAVE A LOT OF GUILT AND ANXIETY
Do you have chest pains at night or are you having a difficult time sleeping? These are some signs that you’re holding back negative energy. It may be hard to recognize this sign during the day, as you’re likely too busy with other thoughts to search deep within yourself and pull up the things you’ve absorbed subconsciously. The most obvious sign of negativity overload is stress, fear, and difficulty sleeping. You may feel you heart beat faster, your muscles tighten, and breath becomes more shallow and quick as you try to catch some zzzs. Guilt, anxiety and any kind of fear and phobias can be healed with EFT.
2. YOU’RE NOT DOING THINGS THAT YOU USUALLY ENJOY
Negative emotions sucks the life out of you. You go about the day full of responsibilities. When you are depressed there is only so much you can accomplish. It’s time to ask yourself: What is causing the criticism and judgment? What are you afraid of? What can you learn from this experience? Stepping back and taking responsibility for your thoughts and actions is a way to recharge the energy and make it positive. This shows your own inferiority complex. EFT can lift your true spirit.
5. YOU HAVE BAD MOOD SWINGS
Sometimes seeing past our own demons allow us to find perspective. By placing a focus outside of your issues you start to create a sense of worth again. When we’re under stress we react differently towards different situations.
